How to Contact the Consumer Mediator

Amicable resolution of disputes between businesses and consumers, in accordance with Articles L611-1 to L641-1 and R612-1 to R616-2 of the French Consumer Code. (Note: Conditions for admissibility of mediation requests).

Free procedure for consumers

The consumer mediator is neutral, independent, and impartial. The mediator is not affiliated with the company involved in the dispute. The process for submitting a mediation request (online/in writing) is explained on the mediator’s website.
