Agency Fees

In accordance with articles 6-III and 19 of the Law for Confidence in the Digital Economy and the decree of January 10, 2017, on consumer information by real estate professionals, we inform you that:

According to law n° 70-9 of January 2, 1970

TRANSACTION:

Fees are borne by either the seller or the buyer, depending on the mandate. They are calculated on the net seller price if borne by the buyer, and on the listing price if borne by the seller. Fees include services such as property visits, negotiation, and preparation of the sale file. The standard agency fee for transactions is 6% (incl. VAT), unless otherwise agreed. For seasonal rentals, the agency fee is 25% (incl. VAT), excluding application and cleaning fees. VAT is applied at 20%.

Mandate is mandatory: Decree n° 72-678 of July 20, 1972, modified by decree 2005-1315 of October 21, 2005. The holder of the professional license specified in article 1 of the decree must not negotiate or make commitments without holding a prior written mandate issued by one of the parties.
